By making a booking with Beautyworx Bespoke Skin & Body Clinic, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Fee, Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Once your booking is confirmed, we turn away other clients requesting that same appointment time.

Late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows have a significant impact on our business and prevent other clients from accessing available appointments.

Due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, this policy was introduced on 1 February 2018. While it was not our preference to implement these measures, they are necessary to protect our business while ensuring fairness to all clients.

Booking Fee

To secure any appointment, a non-refundable booking fee or valid credit card details are required at the time of booking. This policy applies to all appointments.

If you choose to provide your credit card details instead of paying an upfront booking fee, you authorise Beautyworx Bespoke Skin & Body Clinic to securely store your card details and charge the applicable cancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation, appointment change, or no-show.

If a payment cannot be processed due to a declined card, any outstanding balance must be paid, along with an upfront booking fee, before future appointments can be made. All subsequent bookings will require an upfront deposit.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding the secure storage of credit card details.

Your booking fee may either:

• Be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment, or

• Remain on your account as a credit toward your next appointment.

Our cancellation policy applies to every booking.

Booking Fee Schedule

To confirm your appointment, the following booking fees apply:

• $30 deposit for appointments under one hour.

• $50 deposit for appointments exceeding one hour.

• Treatments valued at less than $30 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

For prepaid treatments or gift voucher bookings, your prepaid service or voucher may be used to secure your appointment.

Should a late cancellation occur:

• The applicable $30 or $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the gift voucher balance.

• For prepaid treatment packages, the scheduled treatment will be forfeited.

The same booking policy applies to gift vouchers.

Deposits may be paid by credit card or in-clinic at the time of booking.

If your booking is made via email, our team will contact you to process the booking fee and confirm your appointment.

All online bookings require valid card details or payment at the time of booking. Your booking fee will then either be deducted from your treatment total on the day of your appointment or retained on your account as credit for a future booking.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Once your appointment has been accepted, Beautyworx Bespoke Skin & Body Clinic reserves that specific date and time exclusively for you and will not allocate it to another client.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and appointments may occasionally need to be changed or cancelled.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to help offset the loss of the reserved appointment time.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for a friend or family member to attend your appointment in your place. However, if that replacement client does not attend, you will remain responsible for the applicable cancellation fee.

No-show appointments (where you do not attend and do not notify us) will incur 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
